It was me who quoted the shrink (Gunderson), and I have met plenty of others + other professions in psychiatry to know where I stand in this. Yes. It is of course a spectrum. But the people in psychiatry are selling their system as mental health care - and the system is BS.

And I do not loathe every shrink. I know there are the ones trying to change the system from within. But they are too few, yet, to have much impact for the big masses of "patients", but the ones meeting them, are very lucky!
